Terms of use

1. The Service

LYNORIQ helps professional teams remember client conversations: it transcribes meetings, brings in emails and meetings from services you connect, and produces summaries, commitments, client facts and changes. Some features are marked Beta or early access; they may change, and may not work as well as the rest of the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and devices secure.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us promptly at support@lynoriq.com if you think it has been misused.
• Workspace administrators control who joins a workspace, what members can see, and how long content is kept.
• You must be at least 16 and using the Service for professional purposes.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the recordings, emails, documents and other content you or your workspace put into the Service ("your content"). You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. We do not sell your content or use it to train artificial-intelligence models. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to give it to us — including telling the people you record and, where the law requires it, getting their consent before recording a conversation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• record people without the notice or consent the law requires, or use the Service in breach of any law;
• upload content you have no right to share, or content that is unlawful or harmful;
• try to access other workspaces' data, probe or break the Service's security, or disrupt it;
• reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it, or resell it without our agreement;
• use the Service to build a competing product, or to send spam.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

5. Services you connect

When you connect Zoom, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Zapier or another service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms, and LYNORIQ accesses it only with the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for those services or for changes their providers make that affect the integration.

6. AI output

Transcripts, summaries, extracted facts and suggested follow-ups are produced automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them, especially for financial, legal or contractual decisions. LYNORIQ never sends an email or changes your calendar without your confirmation.

7. Plans and payment

A free plan is available with the limits shown in the app. When paid plans are offered, their prices and limits are shown before you buy, payments are handled by our payment provider, and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may change prices with advance notice.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (Settings → Security). We may end or suspend the Service for you if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering the Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your content where we can.

9. Disclaimers

We work to keep the Service available, accurate and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
